The Conway Springs Development Foundation is committed to improving quality of life in and around Conway Springs through servant leadership.
Our service. Our community. Our pride.
Our Vision
1.
Understand
the needs and missing opportunities in Conway Springs and the surrounding area.
2.
Provide
varied opportunities and projects to foster imagination and support a variety of local interests.
3.
Create
attainable goals to bring our vision to life with the help of citizen, organization, and donor partnership.
4.
Grow
in project size and variety, which leads to growth in community.
Our Process
1.
Plan
with local leaders, citizens, and organizations to bring targeted opportunities to Conway Springs.
2.
Fundraise
to reopen the building. CSDF is 100% donor and grant funded. Funds are needed to maintain and upgrade the historic Presbyterian Church building, pay bills, provide project opportunities, facilitate group meetings and celebrations, and address maintenance concerns.
3.
Connect
with local affiliate groups and organizations that have similar community focus and goals in order to make our individual dollars and volunteer time go further and have more impact.
4.
Build
a sustainable project platform and vision with careful consideration for adaptation to changing economic and social environment and local needs.
“We have a vision: that our community organizations and people can work together to provide varied opportunities to celebrate, learn, and grow together; keeping the importance of local community involvement key to our goal setting.”
— Jessica Gerlach, CSDF President and former Mayor of Conway Springs (’18-’22)
